Product description - Best Service - Galaxy Vintage D Introduction
This electronic download of Galaxy Vintage D from Best Services is a virtual-instrument based on the well-regarded Bauer Studios' 1920 Steinway D. It is powered by Native Instruments' Kontakt 5 Player, which is included with your download. Its 10GB library features over 2,000 samples, each recorded at 24-bit resolution. Thirteen modeled velocity zones provide a smooth and wide dynamic range. Kontakt Player offers solid performance, direct-from-disk streaming, lossless sample compression, and a user interface designed specifically for Galaxy Pianos.Several world-renowned pianists have recorded legendary albums on this instrument including Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, Carla Bley, Guillermo and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Abdullah Ibrahim, Wolfgang Dauner, John Taylor, and Richie Beirach. To capture the sound and feel of this piano, Neumann U47 and KM53 microphones were employed, as was the Neve console at Bauer Studios. - Notable Features
