Product description The Big Fish Audio DSynth: Shadows of Luminosity (Kontakt 2 Format) lets you use the power of the Kontakt virtual synthesizer to create diverse music from electronic dance to ambient film scores. This set of 2 DVDs (6.79 GB) includes samples of awe-inspiring synthetic sounds and instruments, and an array of features, with which a composer can quickly create full arrangements of music in almost any genre.
DSynth was designed from the very beginning to be a work in progress. Much of the PCM data inside DSynth was generated from the Bela D Media product catalog. The PCM data was carefully selected from the original raw material to be used for future development of patches by Bela D Media and by you. All the raw material is readily accessible, and can be used as a starting point for future development. Since the samples are not locked, you can manipulate and modify the sounds the way you wish. Creating custom banks and patches has never been easier.
Almost every form of synthesis has been used to create data for this library. Content was carefully chosen in order to take full advantage of the subtractive, formant, and granular sampling synthesis potential within Native Instruments Kontakt. - The user control is greatly enhanced with the inclusion of the DARP script. Be cautioned that once you begin to make use of DARP, you may need someone to pry you away from your workstation. It's just that intense
- DARP is not simply a pattern recorder (both real-time and step time), an arpeggiator, or a drum machine - it is all of these things, and much, much more. In fact, DARP adds 6-part wave sequencing features to Kontakt, among other things. Each wave sequence pattern can trigger round robin or cycling groups as well as release triggers for each pattern. This will make you realize the multi-dimensional power of this amazing addition
