Product description The Micro Clock MkIII from Black Lion Audio is a redesign of its predecessor, the Micro Clock mk2 and features core improvements including lower-jitter crystal oscillators, higher-quality galvanic transformer isolation in the signal path, dedicated output drivers with better isolation, higher-precision signal division, and heavier noise filtration throughout the circuit. The result is a more robust, lower-jitter clock signal than the Micro Clock mk2 and offers even more desirable harmonics in the clock's spectral band that imparts a noticeable musical quality to the conversion process.
The expanded feature set includes an LED frequency display, six BNC outputs capable of up to 384 kHz, AES and RCA-S/PDIF outputs capable of 192 kHz, and an optical S/PDIF output capable of 96 kHz. Any digital audio equipment can be synced together with a noticeable improvement in sound quality. The Micro Clock MkIII ships with a power supply and rack ears & hardware. -
