Product description The white AFI-4W 2-Way Loudspeaker System from Bogen Communications is a fully arrayable loudspeaker suitable for clubs, discos, churches, theaters, and theme parks. Much of its versatility comes from the 90 x 45° horn and bi-amplification capabilities. The horns and the logo plate are rotatable to allow alternative hanging positions.
This full range speaker utilizes a 12.0” (304.8mm) Ferrofluid-cooled, moisture-stabilized, neodymium woofer and a 1.0” (25.4mm) exit Ferrofluid-cooled compression driver mounted to a rotatable 90° horizontal by 45° vertical non-resonant urethane horn. The unit also has a frequency response of 58 Hz to 20 kHz ±3 dB and a maximum long term SPL of 121 dB with a sensitivity of 99 dB. It is constructed using 13 ply/in. void-free birch plywood with an input and loop through on number 8 barrier strips.
The speaker also has fourteen 3/8 x 16 steel-backed rigging points, a bolt pattern on the rear panel to accept a third-party articulating mount, and 2 integral handles (cannot be used as fly points).
