Product description Combining Boris Continuum Complete AE with Final Effects Complete, the Boris FX Native Filter Suite AVX comprehensively offers over 300 VFX filters. Use it with Mac/Windows versions of Avid Media Composer 8 and 7.
Continuum Complete, featuring effects packages such as Particles, Key and Blend, Time, Art, Lights, and 3D Objects, includes 200+ filters for a wide variety of applications. You get image restoration tools, lens flares and lights, keys and mattes, color correction tools, time-based effects such as Optical Stabilizer, warp and perspective effects, blurs, glows, cinematic effects, and much more, all of which take advantage of either multi-processing or OpenGL hardware acceleration for an interactive effects design experience.
Final Effects adds over 110 designer effects and transitions, including graceful blurs and edges, radical warps, and particle generators. It also features full-featured 3D and 2D particle animations such as ball action, explosions, distortions, jet trails, hair, liquid mercury distortions, spotlights, and color transitions. Most of the filters have less than a dozen parameters, so with only a few simple adjustments you can create unique organic effects.
This upgrade edition is valid for users with any previous version of Native Filter Suite AVX. - Continuum Complete 9 Upgrade for Avid (Download) Boris FX Continuum Complete 9 for Avid, also known as Continuum Complete 9 AVX, is a comprehensive visual effects and compositing plug-in package for Media Composer 8 and 7, Symphony 6, and NewsCutter 10 (Mac and Windows). It includes all the individual Continuum Units—16 in total—offering a combined 230+ VFX filters, among them 2,500+ professionally-designed, customizable presets. You can also build your own presets. 23 New Transitions
With 23 new transitions added, BCC 9 offers 30+ dissolves and wipes. Moreover, animating your transitions just got better — unique overlay curves show you exactly where a wipe or dissolve starts and where the effect takes place in the transition, without any keyframing needed.
2 New Film Look Filters
BCC 9 features a new film look filter called 2-Strip Color, which mimics the over-saturated Technicolor look of classic Hollywood Films, and one called Vignette, which lets you apply a soft camera lens or screen projection over your footage with added luminosity and defocus controls.
2 New Image Restoration Filters
Two image restoration filters have also been added — Magic Sharp, which lets you rescue blurry footage, and Lens Correction, which gets rid of the fish-eye warp sometimes produced by wide-angle lenses. The Lens Correction filter is especially useful for action camera footage.
2 New Stylize Filters
Grunge and Edge Grunge let you add grit, grime, and atmosphere to titles and clips within seconds.
Powerful New Keying and Composite Filter
BCC 9 feature a powerful new filter called Chromakey Studio, which provides junk mattes, green screen smoothing, final matte clean-ups, light wraps, color correcting, and pulling a perfect chroma key. And all this in a single filter — no more layering filters upon filters.

Open CL and CUDA Acceleration is now available for supported graphics cards. Popular filters such as Lens Blur, Film Glow, and Film Process render 2x faster than before. - Final Effects Complete 7 Upgrade for Avid (Download) Boris FX Final Effects Complete 7 for Avid, also known as Final Effects Complete 7 AVX, is a collection of 120+ designer effects and transitions filters for Media Composer 8 and NewsCutter 10 (Mac and Windows). Boris has added several new transitions filters in FEC 7 but has also upgraded most of the existing filters. The filters are easy to use and allow you to quickly create unique, organic looks.
