Product description Featuring built-in PIR and microwave detection sensors and tri-focus optics technology, the ISC-PDL1-W18G Professional Series TriTech+ Motion Detector from Bosch uses optics with three focal lengths for long-, medium-, and short-range coverage. Its 90° field of view covers a 60 x 80' area, or a narrowed 25 x 33' area. Sensor Data Fusion technology analyzes signals from all five sensors including two pyroelectric sensors, a range adaptive finder, a room temperature sensor, and a white light level sensor to provide accurate detection.
The detector adjusts its sensitivity to compensate for weather, ensuring accurate operation in varying weather conditions, and features self-adjusting LED brightness to automatically adjust to surrounding light levels. There is a blue LED that indicates an alarm condition and activates during a remote walk test. The detector is immune to drafts, insects, and small animals under 10 lb, helping to reduce false alarms. Installation is quick with its self-locking enclosure and built-in bubble level. - PIR motion sensor with microwave detection technologies
- Microwave noise adaptive processing adjusts to background disturbances to help reduce false alarms
- Range adaptive radar lets the microwave transceiver automatically adjust its detection thresholds based on input from the PIR sensor to reduce false alarms from Doppler radar
- Microwave anti-mask function allows the detector to send a supervision-trouble signal if microwave reflective material is placed within 1' of the detector
- 90° field of view covers a 60 x 80' or 25 x 33'
- Tri-focus optics with three specific optic focal lengths (long-, medium-, short-range) for accurate detection
- Active white light suppression measures light intensity and eliminates false alarms
- Dynamic temperature compensation adjusts sensitivity for use in varying weather conditions
- Self-adjusting LED with remote walk test function via DIP switch
- Alarm memory flashes the alarm LED to indicate stored alarms across multiple units (available separately)
- Solid state relays send silent alarm output signals for discreet operation
- Draft, insect, and small animal immunity reduces false alarms
- Remote self test and trouble memory
- Input power supervision activates the trouble relay when power is below 8 V
- Cover and wall tamper switch detects and sends an alert if the detector cover is tampered with or removed, or if the detector is removed from the wall
