Product description The Bosch IVA 4.0 VCA Software License for IP Camera/Dome (E-license) reliably detects, tracks, and analyzes moving objects, and avoids unwanted alarms from spurious sources in the image. The IVA 4.0 cameras and encoders can detect idle and removed objects, loitering, multiple line crossing, and trajectories. With the enhanced calibration tool, the IVA 4.0 allows for quick calibration of the camera, and supports head detection as a new feature. It incorporates an improved algorithm that smartly adapts to changes in lighting and environmental conditions. The built-in tamper detection triggers alarms on camera hooding/masking, blinding, defocusing, and repositioning. Even with shaky video sources such as cameras mounted on poles or simple vibrations, image stabilization provides accurate detection. The IS (Image Stabilization) is a technique used to reduce blurring associated with the motion of a camera during exposure. The IVA 4.0 can be configured to choose sensitive areas of the image, minimum object size, and the motion direction that will trigger an alarm. The filters like the object size, speed, 2-way direction, aspect ratio, head detection, and color filters can be used to create specific detection rules. The combination of these filters determines exactly the object features required, and detection statistics for objects are saved for fine tuning the object filters. Embedded VCA (Video Content Analysis) decides which video needs to be captured, and is an implementation of the Intelligence-at-the-Edge concept. It accounts for less bandwidth and storage with the alarm video selection. The video can be streamed to a decoder or video management system with the help of a relay output or an alarm connection to set alarm conditions. It is possible to start extended alarm scenarios by transmitting alarms to a video management system. The IVA 4.0 produces metadata that gives description of the analyzed scene. The metadata is sent over the network and can be recorded together with video stream. Together with Archive Player program and a Forensic Search license, it can be utilized for providing a forensic search capability, and the Forensic searching can scan a huge recording database for events quickly. The IVA 4.0 features a new wizard-based GUI for easy configuration, and can be set up with the help of Configuration Manager with an intuitive plug-in. The IVA Task Manager enables you to set the sensitive area, size, speed, perspective, and aspect ratio, and the movement direction and object color, which are then superimposed on the image. The pick object functionality allows configuration just by clicking interested object in the live scene. With an improved calibrator, it offers accurate and easy camera calibration with measurements for both metric and imperial systems. Whenever a movement is detected, the object is outlined in yellow and motion is tracked on the monitor. The alarm is triggered if an object and its motion match the rule conditions set for one of the detector fields, and its outlines are switched to red. In addition, a removed object is marked as [X] and an idle object as [I]. - Detects tracks and analyzes moving objects while avoiding unwanted alarms from spurious sources in the image
