Product description The Bosch PLE-SDT Plena Easy Line SD Tuner Background Music Source is a dual output FM Tuner and SD/USB audio player designed for playing background music over public address systems. Typical public address applications for the device include bars, gyms, showrooms, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, shops, and many others.
The player accepts SD cards up to 32GB in capacity and can hold up to 2000 tracks. The tracks may be stored in multiple folders, and the device can be set to play randomly or on repeat. The files can be mono, stereo, or joint stereo MP3s with a constant bit-rate (CBR) or variable bit-rate (VBR) of 32 to 320 kbps.
The FM radio tuner utilizes a frequency synthesizer to capture radio stations and includes presets for saving your favorite stations. An antenna may be connected to the device to improve its reception. Both the FM radio tuner and the SD/USB MP3 player may operate simultaneously on separate outputs. A combined output will immediately switch over to the FM tuner when the last MP3 has finished playing. The tuner, USB/SD, and combined outputs all utilize RCA connections. The volume for the outputs is controlled from the rear panel, or by the included infrared remote control. - MP3 Playback
