Product description With integrated wireless connectivity and voice control, the luxe silver Bose Home Speaker 500 isn't your typical wireless speaker. Equipped with Wi-Fi and an 8-microphone array, the Home Speaker 500 connects to your home's wireless network and allows you to play music, check the weather and traffic, hear sports scores, and more. Using voice control technology powered by Alexa, the built-in microphones allow the speaker to pick up your voice from any direction in the room, even while music is playing. You can also stream directly to the speaker via Bluetooth from your compatible device, or from legacy devices with the 1/8" input. The Home Speaker 500 can be wirelessly connected to other compatible Bose speakers for multi-room audio. - Designed to Provide Wall-to-Wall Sound

- Just under the surface of the Home Speaker 500 is an eight-microphone array, enabling it to hear you even when it's playing loud music. You can also turn voice access off with the tap of a button, cutting off the power to all the microphones, while the rest of the speaker's functions remain enabled.
- Simplified Control
- In addition to voice control, you can tap the top controls to play, pause, or skip tracks, or manage it from the Bose Music app. You can set up to six different presets for playlists, Internet radio stations, and more, so your favorites are just a tap away.

- You can play your favorite music services, like Spotify or Amazon Music, over your home Wi-Fi network with the touch of a button. You can also use the Bluetooth connection to play anything from your compatible phone or tablet. Apple AirPlay 2 is scheduled to be made available via a future firmware update.
