Product description Introducing the New Lineup of Bose" Home Theater Speakers Read More Enjoy enhanced sound quality and voice control with the Bose Soundbar 500. It has Amazon Alexa and an 8-microphone array built-in, enabling you to control it and search through your music apps with just your voice. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are onboard for wireless audio streaming from compatible devices such as smartphones and tablets. The Soundbar 500 has an HDMI eARC port (which is backward-compatible with ARC), plus an optical audio input. To expedite setup, the soundbar includes an HDMI cable and a remote control. - Built-In Voice Control
- With Amazon Alexa built right into the Soundbar 500, you can control your music, get information, manage your day, and more. You have access to everything Alexa has to offer without lifting a finger. To ensure that Alexa can hear you over your media, the soundbar has an eight-microphone array set up along the front and back; a light bar will visually indicate when Alexa is listening, thinking, or speaking.

- You can play your favorite music services over your home Wi-Fi network, like Spotify or Amazon Music, at the touch of a button. You can also use the Bluetooth connection to play anything from your compatible phone or tablet. You can also connect additional optional compatible speakers to the Soundbar 500 for multi-room music. Apple AirPlay2 is scheduled to be made available via a future firmware update.

- The soundbar's recessed ports use a piece of resistant screen to help reduce turbulent noise while getting more sound through a smaller opening for virtually distortion-free bass.
