They connect to each other wirelessly or via an optional 1/8" audio cable. The soundbar and bass module work together to provide a broader soundstage and more bass compared to simply using your display's speakers. - Bose Soundbar 700 (Black) Enjoy enhanced sound quality and voice control with the black Bose Soundbar 700. It has Amazon Alexa and an 8-microphone array built-in, enabling you to control it and search through your music apps with just your voice. Bluetooth is onboard for wireless audio streaming from compatible devices such as smartphones and tablets. The Soundbar 700 has an HDMI eARC port (which is backward-compatible with ARC), plus an optical audio input. To expedite setup, the soundbar includes an HDMI cable, an optical cable, and a universal remote control.

- With Amazon Alexa built right into the Soundbar 700, you can control your music, get information, manage your day, and more. You have access to everything Alexa has to offer without lifting a finger.
