Product description The GEB-7 Bass Equalizer Pedal from BOSS is a 7-band graphic equalizer specially designed for bass guitars and upright bass instruments. The 7 bands offer a 15 dB boost/cut over a frequency range of 50 Hz to 10 kHz, with the 10 kHz band being a high-frequency shelf. With this versatile pedal, you can set the EQ for a high-mid/treble boost for some popping and slapping, or round off the high end and emphasize the low frequencies for a thicker tone. A level control can boost or cut overall volume to balance with your dry signal, or offer a boost while the pedal is engaged. - Classic BOSS Design
- The GEB-7 can run off of a single 9V battery or an optional external 9 VDC power supply. The electronics are encased in BOSS's iconic durable metal housing with a non-slip rubber base. The battery compartment can be easily accessed by unscrewing the thumbscrew at the front of the pedal. This pedal utilizes a buffered bypass for silent switching and driving long cable runs even while the pedal is disengaged.
