Product description The MICRO BR BR-80 8-Track Digital Recorder from Boss is a perfect jam tool for the traveling musician. This ultra-compact recorder has 3 modes for creating, recording, and performing your music. It has an 8-track multi-track recording mode, an eBand mode for onstage backing tracks, and a live recording mode to instantly capture stereo recordings. The modes can even be combined seamlessly for terrific versatility.
The recorder captures audio directly to SD or SDHC flash memory cards with capacities up to 32GB. A high-quality stereo condenser microphone lets you record without the need for any additional equipment. The recorder offers a 1/4" guitar/mic input, as well as a 3.5mm line input so you can connect a variety of instruments and sound sources if desired. There is also a 3.5mm headphone/line output for connecting headphones or portable speakers. A USB connector lets you connect the BR-80 to your computer for use as a USB audio interface.
Other features of the BR-80 include 64 V-tracks and 8 simultaneous playback tracks. There is also a large library of built-in backing and rhythm patterns, plus world-class COSM amps and effects. SONAR X1 LE software for Windows is included for additional recording and editing capabilities on your computer. Note: The included SONAR software is compatible with Windows only. The BR-80 itself can operate with Mac and Windows computers via USB. - Ultra-compact and lightweight, ideal for traveling

- Songs recorded in the Live Rec mode can easily be imported into the MTR multi track mode as the basis for a multi track song production
