Product description The VE-5 Vocal Performer from Boss is a compact and mobile personal effects processor and "looper" designed for vocalists. The simple-to-use tabletop housing can be easily attached to a microphone stand using the included adapter, making the unit perfect for singers, rappers, beat-boxers, webcasters, and anyone who wants to process vocal sounds.
A "Favorite Sound" function allows for instantly accessing preferred sounds with a press of button. Some of the unit's other functions can be controlled by optional footswitches, great for hands-free operation. The built-in "Phrase Looper" provides functionality and fun as more and more layers can be recorded and played back in real-time.
With battery operation and the built-in phrase looping, the VE-5 is also an ideal tool for street performers who want to add a new dimension of creativity to their act. - Microphone preamp and compressor
