Product description The B&H Binocular Buying Guide Read More xcyayqyvcutwysbzrb BRESSER's black 8x42 Everest Binocular features phase-corrected BAK4 roof prisms, extra low-dispersion (ED) and broadband anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics to produce a versatile and capable optic with true high-contrast color rendition, and bright, clear images. Coupled with the optical features are 42mm diameter objectives which give the binocular very competent low-light performance and an immersive 65° apparent viewing angle. This combination of optics and objectives make the Everest ideally suited for most outdoor activities from birding, to sporting events, to comet, or asteroid spotting.Complementing the optical performance are construction details that make the binocular durable and comfortable to use. The housing is protected by a rubberized armor that is textured for a non-slip grip. The optical tubes are nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be water and fogproof. A diopter adjustment and twist-up eyecups allow the binocular to be customized to most people's needs and can be comfortably used with or without eye wear.
