Product description Explore microscopic worlds with the Erudit DLX 40-600x Monocular Cordless Microscope from Bresser. This angle-viewing microscope can be used as a lab microscope or as a field microscope using its internal rechargeable battery. The optics feature a head that allows a 360° rotation of the eyepiece, four DIN achromatic objectives on a ball bearing nosepiece, and a 10x wide-field eyepiece. The objectives feature achromatic design that corrects for color distortions and delivers clear and high-resolution images with fine detail of microscopic structures. To help you with your study, the square metal precision stage offers two-dimensional motion of your sample with a single coaxial control. It also has a metal bracket with locking thumbscrew to secure and move your samples and slides. With fine and coarse focusing adjustments, you can be sure to get sharp images with high contrast. For your convenience, the two knurled focusing knobs are located on both sides of the microscope and can be tuned using either hand. The scope also provides bottom LED illumination with a height-adjustable 1.25 Abbe condenser. To enable you to control the cone of light and to insert filters, located underneath a mechanical state are an iris diaphragm and a filter holder. The body is made of aluminum to ensure stability and repeatable focusing. Also included are a dust cover, blue filter, and 230V power adapter. - Optical System
