Product description Bresser's Polar Finder Scope is a useful accessory that speeds polar alignment by providing a means of visually aligning your Exos-1 German equatorial mount with Polaris and true north using a "reticle" that matches the star-field around the pole star. A properly aligned scope makes manually finding deep-sky objects much faster and easier, and allows for more precise tracking.The finder scope inserts into the mount's port to properly orientate the axes of the scope with the North pole. Look through the scope and simply align the stars with the in-view star map and your mount is accurately aligned.
