Product description The Left Field 19mm Studio Quick Release Bridge Plate from Bright Tangerine is a universal bridge plate with an ARRI standard dovetail and a removable top plate that allows for a lot of mounting flexibility, especially with ARRI and RED cameras.
The top plate can be rotated to support ARRI or RED camera height standards. When you turn it one way, it sits flush with the bridge plate for RED compatibility. When turned the other way, it sits a bit higher for ARRI compatibility. Both "ARRI" and "RED" are printed on the appropriate side, and there's a corresponding arrow on the bridge plate to line up the sides.
The top plate also allows you to remove your camera load by simply lifting it off the bridge plate vertically. The bridge plate features a three-stage camera release system controllable by a robust lever on the side. When the lever is set to the forward position, it locks the bridge plate to your ARRI dovetail plate. When set to the middle position, it loosens the bridge plate and lets you move it forward and backward or slide it off entirely. Setting the lever all the way back allows lifting your camera off vertically, but in order to prevent this from happening accidentally, a safety eject has to first be engaged, and only then can the lever be moved back.
For accessories, the bridge plate offers an ARRI standard rosette, an ARRI accessory mount, and 19mm Studio rod ports that secure optional rods with two ratcheting levers. The top plate has a slotted design with multiple 1/4"-20 through-holes around the slots, allowing it accommodate a wide range of cameras. Two 1/4"-20 screws come included. - Key Features
