Product description Connect this low-profile, aluminum Left Field Top Plate Kit from Bright Tangerine to your RED DSMC2 camera. The kit includes a Top Plate Core and a Dovetail Plate.
The top plate core features multiple 1/4"-20 accessory threads, and two 3/8"-16 threaded ARRI accessory holes prevent twisting when mounted on the camera. Its quick release design secures the dovetail plate with a locking lever. The side accessory threads can be used to attach additional side plates to form a cage. The cheese-style dovetail plate features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes and can be used as a quick release for a top handle or accessory. Two safety screws prevent the plate from sliding out of its mount.
Both the top plate core and dovetail plate are compatible with the DSMC2 Top Handle which provides run/stop capability. The top plate core has a 3-pin Fischer connector to pass the run/stop signal through, and the dovetail plate retains access to the connectors.
