Product description The ultra-compact and lightweight Misfit/NAT ND Bundle 1 from Bright Tangerine is comprised of a Misfit three-stage kit with a 114mm clamp-on back and Tiffen 4x5.65" NATural ND 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2 filters. The Misfit three-stage kit is based on the carbon fiber Misfit core, which can hold two 4x5.65" filters and, with the twist of a knob, can be expanded to hold three filters. Three filter trays are included, and they mount in the Misfit's fixed stages. The carbon fiber top flag blocks reflections, and the 114mm clamp helps secure the matte box to the front of the lens. - Misfit Matte Box Kit 2 Bridging the gap between compact clip-on sunshades and multi-staged matte boxes, Bright Tangerine's Misfit Matte Box Kit is versatile while remaining lightweight. This kit is based on the carbon fiber Misfit core, which can hold two 4x5.65" filters and, with the twist of a knob, can be expanded to hold three filters. For holding filters, three trays are included, and they mount in the Misfit's fixed stages. Also included is a carbon fiber top flag for blocking any reflections. Once you're ready to mount the matte box to your lens, use the 114mm clamp to secure it to the front and you're ready to shoot. Its 0.6 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By increasing your aperture or slowing your exposure time, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters are intended to not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.The design of this filter has been optimized for use with digital sensors and to promote nearly flat attenuation of visible and infrared light. Due to imaging sensors' greater susceptibility to infrared light, compared to traditional film, color casts can occur when photographing darker subjects that require increased exposure times.

It is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between two pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4mm thick. - 4 x 5.65" neutral density filter darkens the image, allowing you to photograph with a longer shutter speed or wider aperture than normally required.
