• Misfit Matte Box Kit 2 Bridging the gap between compact clip-on sunshades and multi-staged matte boxes, Bright Tangerine's Misfit Matte Box Kit is versatile while remaining lightweight. This kit is based on the carbon fiber Misfit core, which can hold two 4x5.65" filters and, with the twist of a knob, can be expanded to hold three filters. For holding filters, three trays are included, and they mount in the Misfit's fixed stages. Also included is a carbon fiber top flag for blocking any reflections. Once you're ready to mount the matte box to your lens, use the 114mm clamp to secure it to the front and you're ready to shoot. • 4 x 5.65" Water White Glass NATural IRND 1.5 Filter (5-Stop) The Tiffen 4 x 5.65" Water White Glass NATural IRND 1.5 Filter is a neutral density filter with a 32x filter factor that provides a 5-stop exposure reduction. Its 1.5 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By increasing your aperture or slowing your exposure time, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters are intended to not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.The design of this filter has been optimized for use with digital sensors and to promote nearly flat attenuation of visible and infrared light. Due to imaging sensors' greater susceptibility to infrared light, compared to traditional film, color casts can occur when photographing darker subjects that require increased exposure times.

It is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between two pieces of optical glass and grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4mm thick.
