Product description Fulfill your small workgroup's needs with a single unit by choosing the wireless-capable MFC-J5830DW Business Smart Plus All-in-One Inkjet Printer from Brother, which offers printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities, and comes with INKvestment inks that are designed to provide high yields at lower costs. The core printing features include a high 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution, the ability to handle documents up to 11 x 17", automatic duplexing, and speeds of 22 ppm in black and 20 ppm in color. This combined with built-in Wi-Fi allows for the ability to work directly from a mobile device.
For the other functions, an 8.5 x 11.7" flatbed can scan, copy, and fax your documents. The flatbed offers an optical resolution of 2400 x 2400 dpi for highly detailed scans, which can be interpolated to 19200 x 19200 dpi. General paper handling is available through either a 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 250-sheet standard tray, while a 50-sheet ADF is present for batch jobs. Additionally, a 3.7" touchscreen LCD is present for intuitive control along with USB 2.0 and Ethernet ports for wired connectivity. - Monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages

Will not print in the 1-2 sided mode as selected in system preferences; it prints single copies.
Until recently, it has worked properly for years.
