Product description RAID Arrays for Photography and Pro Video Read More dvtcetxvsvrtetxdrbeafwytubbyuaaccqaxdw The Buffalo DriveStation Ultra 80TB (10 x 8TB) 10-Bay Thunderbolt 2 RAID Array comes with ten 8TB helium-filled enterprise hard drives along with two Thunderbolt 2 connectors so you can quickly retrieve data with your computer system. These drives can be hardware configured in RAID modes 0, 5, or 6. Buffalo has preconfigured the DriveStation Ultra in RAID 6. When connected via Thunderbolt and set in RAID 0, the DriveStation Ultra can deliver write speeds of up to 1243 MB/s. In addition to Thunderbolt, it has an eSATA port and USB port to provide data storage for a Mac and PC. For file sharing, it can access a network via a built-in 10/100 jack. - Thunderbolt 2 Speeds
- The DriveStation Ultra comes equipped with two Thunderbolt 2 connectors, allowing Mac users to experience write speeds up to 1243 MB/s using RAID 0. This connection is suitable for transferring and storing large files such as high-resolution videos.

- With a capacity of 80TB, you can store high-resolution videos and other large files on the DriveStation Ultra. The two Thunderbolt 2 ports provide the ability to daisy chain up to 6 DriveStation Ultras, and with 6 ports on a single Mac Pro you can achieve greater amounts of storage.

- In addition to the ultra-fast Thunderbolt 2 connection for Mac, you can connect to the DriveStation Ultra with USB 3.0 and eSATA connections, allowing the desktop hard drive to be accessible for both Mac and PC users.
