Product description The MediaStation 6x Portable BRXL Blu-ray Writer with LED Indicator from Buffalo offers optimal burning and playback performance of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs. It provides BDXL support for high capacity disc-writing with Blu-ray read and write speeds. This portable Blu-ray drive features portability, can be virtually used anywhere with computers running Windows or Mac.
You can simply connect it to computers with a single USB cable. This drive also features two functions that eliminate the problem of unstable Blu-ray drive operation due to insufficient bus power (power supply) from the computer's USB port. The MediaStation's LED power indicator alerts you when power is insufficient, and the boost cable can be connected when power is low, allowing you to run the Blu-ray drive even with computers that normally cannot be used without an AC adapter.
