Product description The 1-4x24mm Skull-TAC Riflescope-FastFire III Reflex Sight and AR-P.E.P.R. Mount from Burris Optics is a complete optical system for your AR platform. Starting with the Skull-TAC riflescope that features index-matched lenses and Burris' HiLume lens coatings to minimize reflection and maximize light transmission. This translates to bright and clear images with true color representation. Its Ballistic CQ (Close Quarter) reticle is optimized for 5.56/7.62 rounds with an outer donut and center dot for fast target acquisition and tracking. Ballistic-drop compensation dots on the lower vertical axis provide elevation adjustments out to 600yd. The reticle is illuminated with 10 intensity levels. Separate 'off' positions between each brightness level makes returning to a preferred setting quick and easy. Designed for durability, the aluminum housing has an anodized finish with a Skull-TAC wrap, and is nitrogen-filled for water and fogproof performance.Complementing the medium to long range capabilities of the riflescope, is the FastFire III reflex sight. It features an 8 MOA red aiming dot which is big enough to see in the daylight, but won't obstruct small varmints. Three brightness levels lets you set it to your preference, or switch it to auto and the light sensor will detect the amount of available light and adjust the brightness itself. The FastFire III is made of aluminum with a matte-black anodized finish, and is waterproof and submersible.An AR-P.E.P.R. (Proper Eye Position Ready) mount is included for the scope. This cantilever mount is specifically designed for the AR platform and provides two inches of forward scope position to give you the proper eye relief. On top of the scope rings are Picatinny/Weaver accessory rails. Use one of these rails with the included FastFire III Picatinny mount to easily stack the FastFire III on to of the Skull-TAC to create a fast-transition dual-optic system.
