Product description Make an enviable addition to your hunting or outdoor gear with Bushnell's Equinox 2x28 1st Generation Night Vision Monocular. This device features a compact and ergonomic rubberized body design that allows users to have a secure one-handed grip. At the core of the monocular are a 1st generation night vision intensifier tube with a resolution of 36 lp/mm and a 2x optical system with a 28mm objective and wide 21° angle of view. The intensifier tube converts an infrared scene profile to visible imagery and will deliver bright and clear images during clear or partially cloudy nights. On very cloudy nights or in completely dark environments, you can turn on a built-in infrared illuminator, which will improve image visibility, brightness, and detail. For activating the intensifier tube and the IR illuminator, you have a simple control pad with easy-to-reach buttons on the right side. To provide visual feedback about the status of your NVD, the monocular also has two LED indicators: one for power (green) and one for the IR illuminator (red).
To enhance your outdoor experience as much as possible, Bushnell outfitted the device with a lightweight, compact, and ergonomic rubberized housing. It is water-resistant, impact-resistant, and compatible with 1/4"-20 tripods. For mounting additional accessories, like illuminators, cameras, and lasers, the body has a short Picatinny/Weaver rail on the top. - Intensifier Tube & IR
