Product description Add a new dimension to your home entertainment setup with the ButtKicker LFE Low Frequency Audio Transducer. Think of the ButtKicker LFE as a "silent subwoofer" that you feel instead of hear. It utilizes a 3.75 lb magnetically suspended piston that responds to the low frequencies of movie soundtracks and game audio.
Simply attach it onto, or underneath, home theater risers and platforms. Then, wire it to the audio output of your components. It can connect to either the subwoofer output of a home theater system or to the left- or right-channel preamp output of a 2-channel stereo system. When activated, the ButtKicker LFE physically vibrates in sync with the low audio frequencies, providing you with a more immersive experience. - Additional Features & Requirements
- Requires a power amplifier that supports frequencies below 20 Hz, and power output between 400 to 1500W. Mounting hardware and speaker wire are also required.
Subwoofer Compatible - The ButtKicker LFE can be used with your existing subwoofer. If there is only one output, an optional Y-cable can be used. Thermal Switch - The ButtKicker LFE is set to shut down automatically if it gets too hot in order to prevent damage to the unit.
