Product description Designed for use in educational settings, the Califone Performer Plus Multimedia Player/Recorder plays cassette tapes, compact discs, AM/FM radio, and live audio over PA. Variable speed CD/CD-R/CD-RW/MP3-CD and cassette playback lets you adjust tempo when teaching music or dance. An electret microphone can record student responses for testing and more.
The Performer Plus features tamper-resistant speakers and is made from rugged ABS plastic, allowing it to withstand the rigors of classroom use. A remote control lets you move freely and the 14W of RMS power is loud enough for groups of up to 100 individuals in most settings.
Five headphone jacks on the back of the player plus one on top provide ample opportunity for group listening. 3.5mm and 1/4" microphone inputs let you use the player for public address. The power supply is detachable and stores inside the unit for transport. - 14W RMS loud, enough for groups up to 100 people, and can also be used as a mini public address system
