Product description For smooth and precise focus control of your DSLR or cinema lenses, the Single Rod Follow Focus from Cambo will fit on your 15mm rod support. This lightweight, durable aluminum follow focus mounts to only one rod on your support system. This setup has several advantages compared to traditional dual rod mount follow focuses. While changing lenses, you only have to twist one knob to hinge the follow focus unit aside and remove the lens without any obstructions. If the replacement lens has a different diameter, the Cambo Follow Focus can be similarly maneuvered to accommodate it with a one knob adjustment.The Cambo Follow Focus can accommodate DSLR lenses. The knob has hard stops which can be engaged if your DSLR lens has infinite rotation common to modern AF lenses. The hard stops can be disengaged completely by pushing the index pin down. To compensate for some DSLR lenses that have a reversed focus throw, Cambo incorporated a reversible gear box to keep the focus knob's direction consistent.The Cambo follow focus includes a flexible gear ring for use with DSLR lenses that don't have focusing gears. The focusing gear is 0.8 pitch to mesh with the included drive gear. - Drive gears can be mounted on the front or the rear of the unit
