Product description The 1/4"-20 Mount to Cold Shoe or 5/8"-27 Screw Adapter from CAMVATE is an accessory composed of two independent parts made of aluminum alloy. The first piece is a cold shoe with a hole in the middle, allowing you to attach it to a 1/4"-20 mount with the included screw and hex key. The second piece is a shoe-mounted 5/8"-27 screw with a 1/4"-20 threaded mount drilled at the center of its bottom area. When combined, the two pieces make for a multi-faceted support option. By using the cold shoe by itself onto a 1/4"-20 mount, you can deploy a flash or any kind of shoe-mounted accessory. Once the second piece is attached, you can use products that have a 5/8"-27 socket including many kinds of microphones, with the two bases available to regulate the height of the exposed screw and allow for a tight fit. Additionally, the second piece can be used independently to adapt a camera hot shoe or a 1/4"-20 screw for supporting 5/8"-27 accessories.
