Product description The CAMVATE Camera Cage is customized for the Sony Alpha a6500 mirrorless camera, and is made of CNC Machined aluminum alloy. In addition to 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, a 15mm rod port is integrated into the handle to position an optional rod above and perpendicular to the camera for mounting an external monitor or EVF. For mounting additional accessories, the cage features two integrated cold shoe mounts on the handle.The included cable clamp can be attached to any of the 1/4"-20 threaded holes, preventing connected cables from accidentally being pulled out while shooting. The cage comes with a standard M6 threaded ARRI rosette for compatibility with any ARRI-style rosette fitting. In addition, two 15mm rod ports on the baseplate allow for the use of a 15mm rail system. With the camera housed inside the cage, you can easily access the SD card slot, battery compartment, and all camera controls. - Form-fitting cage for Sony a6500 4K camera
