Product description The R380S Cable Spool is the medium-sized cable reel from Canare. This reel will accept a variety of cables and connectors. - Multi-Core Cable
- The R380S cable reels are especially suited to use with multi-core audio and video cables. R380S cables have a large cutout on the front flange for cable exit from the hub, and are large enough to allow passage to most multipole connectors.
- Casters
- The R380S reels incorporate four removable casters, two with brakes, for easy movement on site.
- 3-Position Brake Lever
- All R-Series models include a 3-position brake lever:
- Free spool: Cable will pull from reel with ease; this position is ideal for rewinding
- Soft brake: Cable can be pulled from the reel, but friction prevents excess spillage when cable is pulled quickly
- Full lock: Used during transportation; the reel will not rotate, so cable will not spill
