Product description The Canon KH20x6.4 KTS Portable 1/2-inch HDTV 20x Lens is a long focal length remote control portable 1/2-inch HDTV lens. This lens is intended for end users utilizing an HD acquisition system, and to support a diversity of broadcast, professional, business and industrial remote control applications. This lens is intended to work in conjunction with the new 1/2-inch image format HDTV cameras that are used for a number of special applications.
The KH20x6.4 KTS has a high sensitivity of F1.4 over a 20x zoom range (falling modestly to F2.0 at full telephoto). It has a wide 57.1-degree horizontal field of view and weighs a mere 2.8 lbs. The KH20x6.4 KTS offers a balanced MTF profile over the entire image plane at an F4.0 aperture setting. Relative light distribution was optimized for F2.8 and above and this uniformity of brightness across the image plane combines with the high contrast and strong picture sharpness to produce crisp clear HD pictures - F1.4 Sensitivity
- The high sensitivity of the lens offers great versatility to you by allowing it to be used in very low lit situations.
- Shuttle Shot
- At the touch of a button, this feature allows you to zoom back and forth instantly between any two positions. It can be used to zoom to the telephoto position to check focus and then return instantly to the original position or you can "shuttle" between any two zoom positions at any time.
- Internal Focus
- The KH20x6.4 KTS uses a floating optical system to better control chromatic aberrations.
