Product description The KJ20x8.2B KRSD 8.2-164mm HDgc Zoom Lens from Canon offers a wider-angle focal length of 8.2mm, and a maximum f/1.9 aperture up to 115.4mm. This entry in Canon's line of HDgc lenses is suitable for a variety of HD ENG applications including broadcast, corporate, educational, and event videography. Use the Canon KJ20x8.2B KRSD's Shuttle Shot function to pre-store zoom positions for repetitive, instant recall at the press of a button.The KJ20x8.2B KRSD features the same dispersion glass and multilayer optical coatings used in Canon's box lenses. Chromatic aberration is suppressed across the entire lens surface, yielding sharp images with minimal distortion at any object distance. A quiet and fast servo unit enables end-to-end zooming in as little as one second, and provides smooth, super-slow moves. - Features

Sent the camera lens and servo in to get fixed a couple months ago but it seems the servo zoom and auto iris still aren't working. The zoom works fine initally but gets slower and slower as the camera stays in use. The auto iris doesn't work at all still. Any troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated.
