Product description The Canon HF S100 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder boasts lightweight design and a generous 8.59Mp CMOS sensor. The camera can record up to 6 hours of HD video to a removable SDHC card as well as 8Mp digital stills. Working with the HD sensor to help make all your memories beautiful would be the 10x HD Video Lens, 2.7" Multi-Angle Widescreen LCD and SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization, while features such as Face Detection and Pre-record mode, among others, help the casual shooter get the shot. The HF S100 goes beyond home movies with features specially included for the aspiring film-maker. The camera has microphone and headphone terminals and a Mini Advanced Accessory shoe for holding external lights and mics. Not only that, but 24p Cinema mode gives your video a film-look while 30p Progressive mode is ideal for action or sports footage. - The multi-angle widescreen LCD gives you a generous display on which to compose and playback your shots, not to mention the ability to shoot from more angles. The hard coat Anti-Reflection surface reproduces color accurately with reduced glare and enhanced contrast.
- 8Mp Digital Stills
- Capture 8Mp digital photos to SDHC memory cards and enjoy special functions that make shooting easier, like the Histogram Display, scene modes and auto focus. You can also simultaneously capture still images while shooting video or capture stills from already recorded footage
- SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization
- Canon's Optical Image Stabilizer corrects for hand shake, moving subjects and the inevitable slight bump. SuperRange Gyro and image sensors also correct for a wider range of incidents such as body sway and recording in a moving car as well as ensuring no loss in image quality.
