Product description The Canon XJ22x7.3B IE-D DIGISUPER 22x Lens is a compact (6.50 x 6.89 x 13.23") and lightweight (13.42 Ibs) studio lens. Provided with an internal focusing system, a digital servo system, and a computer-aided design, the DIGISUPER lens offers high-quality images when coupled with portable cameras. Constant angle focusing eliminates focus breathing that causes change in the field-of-view while focusing and zooming. The lens is compatible with studio/field lens controllers and ENG lenses such as ZSD-300D and FPD-400D. With the encoder servo system, the zoom speed can be increased by 0.5 secs and the focusing speed by 1.5 secs. The lens can also be easily interfaced with other studio applications using the Encoder Servo System. You can store presets for focal length, angle-of-view, zoom position, and zoom speed and shift to the preset configuration without any time lag. Internal focusing offers a wide angle of 7.3mm and reduces chromatic aberration that occurs due to failure of a lens to focus all colors to the same convergence point. Being airtight, the internal focusing system secures the camera from fog and dust. Additionally, it keeps the lens fixed in the desired position, thereby producing high-quality still pictures. An anti-reflection coat on the lens protects it from ghosting and image flares.With the digital servo system, you can protect the lens from radio frequency noise and control the iris to adjust the amount of light passing through it.
