Product description - Carson Optical Aura Plus™ Digital Night Vision Monocular HD
View objects and capture still images or video in bright sunlight or in the dark with Carson Optical's 2-4x Aura Plus Night Vision Monocular/Camera. It combines an infrared illuminator, a black and white IR-sensitive digital camera with a low-magnification monocular. The camera features 640x480 resolution and selectable frame rates of 8, 15, 30 fps. Files are saved to a micro-SD card; an 8GB card is included and the Aura supports cards up to 32GB. The monocular is equipped with 2x optical magnification and 2x digital allowing for up to 4x total magnification, and its 525' field of view at 1000 yards provides wide expansive views. The integrated IR illuminator has a maximum reach of 400' with a variable intensity to eliminateThis ergonomically-designed device has the control buttons placed in natural grip location for fast and easy access to the all the functions and features. A two-step focusing system allows you to independently focus your subject using the front objective ring and the in-view display with the rear dioptric ring. This ensures that the entire view is in sharp focus for all users. The display features icons to provide feedback on the IR intensity, frame rate, photo/video mode, zoom, battery status, card status, remaining memory, and recording time. The Aura runs on 3 AAA batteries and will run for about 60 minutes of continuous operation on fresh batteries. - Optical Performance
