• RedPlanet 50-100x90mm Refractor Telescope The RedPlanet 50-100x90mm Refractor Telescope from Carson offers first-time telescope users a perfect combination of quality, value, features, and power. The RedPlanet is an affordable telescope that will provide hours of enjoyment for everyone. The RedPlanet sets up easily, and the tripod and equatorial mount provide a stable viewing platform with simple controls for tracking. The optical system is fully coated for maximum light transmission. The 90° erect-image diagonal and the finderscope offer excellent terrestrial and astronomical viewing opportunities. In addition to the telescope, tripod, equatorial mount, and the finderscope, the RedPlanet Telescope comes with two eyepieces for maximum viewing versatility.

Slip your phone into the holder, press the ring over the eyepiece (it doesn't matter which one – take your pick), and you're ready to capture images and video and share them via email, messaging or social media. Two adapter rings allow the adapter to fit onto most binocular eyepieces with an outside diameter from 40-44mm (1.57-1.73"). The adapter's innovative clamping mechanism holds the smartphone securely, with the camera centered on the binocular eyepiece. In most cases, you will be able to keep your case on the phone when installed in the adapter, and the clamp holds the phone securely in position without marking or marring the screen or case.
