Product description - Celestron Infiniview Microscope Product Overview
Rock your field trip, lab, or classroom with Celestron's 44360 Infiniview LCD Digital Cordless Microscope. This full-size digital microscope is built around its 5.0MP digital CMOS sensor, capable of capturing high-resolution color images and videos at 30 frames per second and with a variable shutter speed. You can view them on the built-in 3.5" color LCD display with the effective magnification of 160x or on an external monitor with a magnifying power of 800x, which even allows you to study cellular structures. To make saving your findings and observations a seamless experience, the LCD module offers an easy-to-use control panel, a 32GB microSD memory slot, and a mini-USB data port. To provide vivid and crisp images, the optics feature an infrared-reducing 5-element glass lens system and an 8-LED illumination system with adjustable brightness. You are also empowered by the generous focusing range to ensure that no details will be left unseen. In addition to digital output, this scope features an AV video out port in the back.
This versatile device also does not cut short on comfort and ergonomics. It features an arched frame to serve as a carry handle and packs a 1050mAh rechargeable battery for 2 hours of uninterrupted cordless operation. To provide enough room for movement, its sturdy polymer stage is extra wide (4.4 x 4.4") and offers two pre-loaded metal clips for securing your specimens. Using the knob on the right, you can move the stage up or down to reach an ideal sharpness of focus and then lock it with the left knob. - CMOS Sensor
