Formerly general manager of Career Research Corporation and FilmWorks, an audio visual company, Wells holds a degree in Political Science and has written numerous instructional and training manuals as well as more than 75 documentary and educational video programs. He has trained teachers and administrators in school districts and colleges across the country.
