Product description The AxePort Pro from CEntrance is a professional USB direct box for use with electric guitars and basses, and features true plug-and-play installation. The unit is very compact and enables instant computer recording to any audio software running under Windows XP/Vista or Mac OSX. A rugged chassis allows the unit to be used in virtually any environment, while the AxePort Pro's low-noise circuitry will preserve high-quality audio sources. The 1/8" stereo mini headphone output can power most headphones, features a dedicated volume control, and delivers zero-latency monitoring via a direct circuit. Setup is virtually non-existent, allowing the user to create a mobile recording situation anywhere a computer is available. Native Instruments' Guitar Combos modeling software enhances the usefulness of the product, especially for the on-the-go musician that needs high quality recording with minimal headaches. - Compact, USB based direct box for electric guitar and bass with 24-bit/96kHz performance
