Product description The Orbiter Wireless Pendant Microphone and Desktop Receiver System from Cetacea Sound includes the Orbiter wireless pendant microphone/transmitter with charger, a desktop receiver with power supply, and a lanyard kit. It is designed for use in instructional classroom settings that require hands-free wireless miking.
The transmitter operates on a 2.4GHz RF band, and features built-in coexistence to prevent interference with other nearby Orbiter systems. It can stream audio at 16-bit/44.1kHz CD quality and is capable of up to 10-hours of battery life on a single charge. It features an ergonomic design and doeskin pads to provide comfort for all-day wearing with the included lanyard kit. Control is provided by the volume button and the Master Control that can mute the microphone as well as turn it on and off.
The Orbiter Desktop Receiver includes three 1/8" stereo/mono auxiliary inputs for use with CD, DVD, or MP3 Player, projector, or computer audio output. It features a 1/8" stereo/mono line output and Orbiter output.
