Product description The LTD-2 from Chandler Limited is a single channel compressor that was designed to deliver vintage-sounding characteristics with updated capabilities. It features parts and build techniques from the Neve 2254, 2264, and 33609 compressor modules. More specifically, the LTD-2 uses the control circuit from the 80-series Neve compressors, and the Class A amps and transformers from the Neve 2254 and 10-series compressors. It essentially borrows the best features from various classic dynamics processors to deliver something new. Variable Attack and Release knobs give the LTD-2 versatility. The input and output connectors use transformer balanced XLR jacks, and multiple units can be linked together with a dedicated XLR input for stereo and surround sound operation. A dedicated Link switch enables you to engage multiple units. You can bypass the compressor on the LTD-2 with a dedicated switch, however, its Class A amp circuitry cannot be bypassed. An analog Gain Reduction Meter is provided on the front panel. A 4-pin power cable is included with the LTD-2, however, a separately available Chandler Limited PSU-1 MKII power supply is required for operation. A single PSU-1 MKII is capable of powering two LTD-2 compressors. In the Box Chandler LTD-2 Compressor 4-Pin Power Cable Limited 1-Year Warranty Table of Contents
