Product description The black Custom RPA Ceiling Projector Mount from Chief consists of a universal top and an SLB-302 Custom Interface Bracket. The universal top can be flush mounted to the ceiling and the custom interface bracket is designed to be attached to Panasonic projectors.
For security against theft, the mount includes the All-Points Security System, which features security hardware at all key connection points to lock the assembly in place. You can lock the yaw, roll, and pitch adjustments to ensure that the position you set your projector at will not be tampered with.
The mount can safely hold projectors weighing up to 50 lb and can be easily flush mounted to a ceiling. In addition, this versatile mount can also be used with 0.25" threaded rods or a 1.5" NPT threaded extension column for different mounting configurations.
In addition to giving your installation a low-profile finish, the mount also features internal cable management for a neat look. Further, the custom designed mount allows for appropriate ventilation to keep your projector cool for optimum performance. Note: The mount is custom designed to support the weight of the projector models specified. However, your ceiling must hold at least 5 times the weight of your installation.
The SLB bracket can be used for Chief SMART-LIFTS.
Often ceiling structures do not allow the projector to be mounted in exact alignment with the projection screen. In this case, the LSB100 Lateral Shift Accessory (sold separately) can be used along with the mount to ensure appropriate alignment. This accessory also easily accommodate different lens placement when projectors are replaced in existing installations. - Low-profile top adds only 1.75" (44mm) to the projector height and the interface bracket adds an additional 0.75" (19mm)
