Product description The black Chief In-Wall Storage Box is designed to simplify flat-panel display installation by providing an organized, recessed space for routing your excess cables, plus it features built-in dual-outlet surge protection via a non-sacrificial SurgeX power accessory. It supports equipment totaling up to 10 lb and can be installed in either landscape or portrait orientation. This storage box is compatible with Chief's PST, PRO, PLP, MSR, MTR, MWH, MWR, PWR, PNR, PDR, Thinstall, and FUSION wall mounts. - Key Features

I had a problem with Paperport loading. Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
