Product description Chief's CM2L40UI Automated Pop-up Lift is perfect inside your favorite piece of furniture. It provides fast, quiet travel with customizable "show" and "store" positions to fine-tune your TV installation. Quickly conceal and reveal your 31-61" flat panel TV weighing up to 190 lbs (86.2 kg). - At your command, the CM2 travels upward vertically up to 40" (102cm) and collapses to a stored height of only 31" (79cm); auto Drive System raises and lowers the TV quietly at over 2" per second
- Three control options included: IR remote, serial communication, and dry contact control
