Product description Chief's SL-236FD SMART-LIFT is an easy-to-install, finished ceiling-mounted video projector lift. Perfect for homes, the SL-236FD is marked by its smooth and quiet movement and ability to fit into only eleven inches of ceiling clearance. The ability to control fore/aft, left/right projector positioning further adds to the unit's flexibility. The SL-236FD is plenum-rated, and easily accommodates multiple control options, such as infrared remote control and radio frequency remote control. - Four Mounting Methods

- Four 3/8" Threaded Rods; allows for quick and accurate leveling. Use with SMA-650 accessory.
- 1 and a 1/2" Threaded Extension Column; allows adjustments (2 and a 1/2" fore/aft and 2 and a 1/2" left/right) for exact placement. Must use SMA-600 accessory.
- Joist tabs are built-in for side mounting directly to wood framed ceilings commonly found in residential applications.
- Suspend by cables. Use this option when the distance from the structure or overhead equipment prevents more traditional mounting methods. Must use SMA-650 accessory.
- Plenum-Rated
- The SL-236FD Smart Lift is Plenum-Rated, meaning that its wires and mechanics are more heat resistant and safer than traditional electronics for the area above acoustic tile ceilings.
- Finished Ceiling Mounting
- The SL-236FD can be mounted on finished ceilings, or the traditional ceilings one finds in a residential home.
- Quick Disconnect/Reconnect
- The SL-236FD is not only quick to descend, it's also quite easy to hook up and disconnect. This allows for a relatively smooth lift installation and de-installation, a particularly valuable feature when using at trade shows, or on-the-go.
- Cradle Positioning
- You can position the SL-236FD's cradle vertically. The projector also has fore/aft, left/right cradle adjusted. The yaw, pitch and roll can also be adjusted as well.
- Low Voltage
- The SL-236FD will accept 5-30 VAC/VDC for triggering commands.
- Multiple Control Options
- The SL-236FD works with a wide variety of controls not included with the projector set. Among these control types are: Infrared Remote Control, Radio Frequency Remote Control and Integrated Control (AMX/Crestron).
- Travel Distance
- The SL-236FD has 36" of travel distance, with three stopping positions: up, show and service.
