Product description This is a Chimera Octaplus 5' Light Bank with 7' Expansion Support Kit. Chimera's OctaPlus family of Octagonal Light Banks have a patent pending design that allows conversion of this 5-foot Light Bank to the OctaPlus 7-foot Light Bank in just a few minutes, with no tools, with the included conversion kit. This unique design gives you two light banks in one. The whole Chimera OctaPlus family is compatible with strobes or continuous light sources. When used as a 5 ft bank, it will handle up to 1,200W. When used as a 7 ft bank, 1,500W is the limit. This light bank requires a speed ring to adapt it to your particular strobe or hot light.A 3770 stand adapter is included so the weight of the light bank is not supported by the fixture. Also included is a 3750 grip head and a durable travel duffle bag. - 7' Light Bank Expansion Kit Consists of rod extensions, material, and diffusion to expand a Chimera Octaplus 5 ft Light Bank to a 7 ft model. - Internal Diffusion Baffle for 5' Octaplus The Internal Diffusion Baffle for the 5 or 7' Chimera Octaplus Soft bank is the first softener and diffuser of the light emitted from your fixture inside the soft bank. Use it as a replacement, or an additional baffle. UPC: 845077043907
- Diffusion Screen for 5' Octaplus Soft Bank This is a replacement, or auxiliary Front Diffusion Screen for the Chimera 5' Octaplus Soft Bank. It diffuses and softens the light emitted from your fixture when it is used with the soft bank. UPC: 845077041903
- Stand Adapter - Universal Grip Head Allows mounting of a 6, or 13" Aluminum, or 6.2 or 7.5" Composite Speed Ring to a light stand. Its purpose is to take the weight stress away from the light head being used with the softbox.Requires a Chimera 3750, or Avenger D200 2.5" grip head. UPC: 845077037708
