Product description The Chrosziel GH5 Cage System includes the GH5/GH5s cage, a versatile, ergonomic top handle, and a 15mm LWS baseplate with a pair of 8" rods. The cage has a lightweight yet robust design and features a quick release base that's directly compatible with Manfrotto 501/701 and Sachtler Ace tripod heads. The cage provides access to all the camera ports, controls, and slots, allows the monitor to be articulated unhindered, and offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory-mount threads. It attaches to the LWS baseplate via its quick release base, and the cage and baseplate each offer multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod-mount threads on the bottom.
The top handle features a mounting block with a rail slot and rods slots. Using this mounting block, the top handle can be attached to a rail on top or on either side of the cage, or mounted on a 15mm rod and used as a handgrip. If you get a second top handle, sold separately, you can attach one on each side of the cage or mount two on the included 15mm rods as dual handgrips. The mounting block is rotatable to accommodate different mounting methods. You can attach the handle on top the standard way or rotate the mounting block and attach it sideways. The top handle also provides 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory-mount threads and a 15mm rod port along its length. - Key Features
