The Axis360 Balance Kit from Cinetics features two quick-release clamps, two L Brackets, and an Arca-type quick-release plate designed to securely mount and balance your camera and the Axis360 Motor and Controller. The quick-release clamps accept either the Arca-type plate or the L Brackets, allowing you to re-position and balance your camera for optimal panning and tilting.
The components can be used in a variety of ways to enable the motor to drive pan and tilt movements. For pan movements, simply attach your Axis360 motor to a tripod and then mount your camera directly to the motor, or attach one of the quick-release clamps to the motor to for use with the included Arca-type plate or L Bracket.
For tilt movements, attach one of the quick-release clamps to a tripod to hold one of the L Brackets with attached Axis360 Motor and Controller. From there, the second quick-release clamp to attaches to the motor to hold the other L Bracket, which you mount your camera on. This leaves your camera in a horizontal position and ready for motorized tilting.
Additionally, you can attach a quick-release clamp directly on your Axis360 Pro Slider and use the Arca-type plate to balance larger cameras, or cameras with long lenses, for smooth sliding moves. -
